When we were in the Orlando airport last week, Ezra and Gila were doing some hypothetical talking. I am not sure how it began but here is the conversation I overheard:
Gila: Well the two girls will get married to eachother.
Ezra: Can't happen.
Gila: Why?
Ezra: The girl has the egg, the boy has the sperm. They fertilize together to make a baby. Doesn't work with two girls or two boys.
*Greg looking at Ezra in astonishment
Ezra: What? Do I read too much?
Without invoking any social commentary on this, I thought it was pretty funny.

Posted by: Devorah at January 29, 2008 08:16 PMWhere on earth did he pick that up? Real question, not rhetorical.
Posted by: raffy at January 30, 2008 01:31 PMI think from ChildCraft- it is a children's encyclopedia from when we were kids. He has read the whole thing. He doesn't know how it translates into real actions...
Posted by: peninah at January 30, 2008 01:35 PMThat is too funny (but a bit scary too).
