I am not an "ageist", really I am not. But I think that the self-checkout lines at Giant should be limited to customers UNDER THE AGE OF 60. Just my opinion.

In any case, if you think my statement is ignorant you obviusly don't do much driving in Baltimoe. The preponderance of elderly drivers who don't know what they're doing is truly frightening. I have the greatest respect for the elderly but sometimes I doubt if it's in the best interests of the public's greater safety for some of them to be driving.

In any event, I agree with you and I am sure Greg does as well...in fact, yesterday I was fortunate enough to drive behing a woman who straddled the lanes like there was no tommorow. Age? Over 80.
