Wow, they sure told me.

Old Navy is having one of their free shipping promotions. So I ordered the required amount for free shipping and then I clicked 'continue' and I was told I was finished checking out. Only thing is I realized I had forgotten to enter the free shipping promotional code (NOTE: I didn't really forget- the website is annoying and it doesn't make it clear that you will be completely finished when you click "continue"- argh). So I called up oldnavy.com and spoke to 3 different people about this matter.

The last guy who I spoke to told me he would do me "a favor" just this one time and enter the promotional code for me. He then gave me a talking to about how I should really remember to enter the promotional code next time, pay better attention to the checkout process and that I should consider myself lucky. All I have to say is this Old Navy Dude- YOU WORK AT OLDNAVY.COM!!!! I am not belittling this career choice, but don't and I repeat, DON'T act all high and mighty and sanctimonious (one of my favorite words as long as it isn't being used about me) to me because you have the "power" to add a stupid code to my order. Oooh, I am mad.
